About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to take charge of on-site operations across a range of home and lifestyle projects. You’ll play a key role in planning, estimating, product ordering and supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role is a full time and hands-on position, and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, solving problems quickly, and working closely with a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site teams and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage estimates, schedules, and planning documents
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards, including risk assessments and working at heights
• Coordinate materials, tools, and logistics for efficient project delivery
• Report project progress to management and adapt plans as required
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and productive site environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction (or related) industry
• Strong estimating and project planning capabilities
• Sound understanding of workplace health & safety practices and risk management
• Confidence in supervising trades and managing site teams
• Previous experience working in a small, family-run business
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
