I’ve been involved with the Everest team in several ways in the past few years. In my transition into leadership roles I worked closely with Sharon in coaching, this really helped me to step up, and eased the stress of the transition with great thought and strategies. Knowing the great work Everest do, I asked for their teams support when were disestablishing some roles in 2023. The team at Everest spent a morning talking with each and every one of our affected team, Reviewing CV’s, discussing options, giving really helpful advice.
