We’re on the hunt for an Aftersales Support Coordinator who thrives on variety and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
About the role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One moment you're cleaning returned gear in the warehouse; the next you're out in the field supporting a product photoshoot or prepping demo tents for a major event.
You’ll coordinate warranty assessments and spare parts fulfilment while also supporting the marketing and events team when needed. You’ll need to be practical, reliable, and happy to work across physical and administrative tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document returned products for warranty claims
- Clean, sort, tag, and prep gear for repair, donation, or resale
- Pick, pack, and dispatch spare parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain tidy, well-stocked refurbishment and parts areas
- Assist with marketing activities like product shoots and event set-ups
- Keep demo gear in top condition and support field activation logistics
About you
We’re looking for someone with strong organisation skills, a can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in the work Zempire does. You’ll be comfortable with physical tasks and warehouse work, but also switched on and methodical with admin and systems.
You’ll bring:
- Great practical skills and attention to detail
- A structured, process-driven mindset
- Flexibility to work across warehouse, field, and office
- Physical confidence handling tents and outdoor gear
- Full NZ driver’s licence
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or warranty roles
- Familiarity with inventory or service admin system
- An interest in outdoor gear or event coordination
