As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring the brand to life across New Zealand and Australia.

About the role

This is more than a typical Marketing Coordinator role.

Working at the heart of the marketing team, you'll help bring the Zempire brand to life through campaigns, product launches, retailer partnerships, events, sponsorships, and digital activity.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating marketing campaigns and eDM activity across multiple channels.

• Supporting retailer marketing initiatives and promotional activity.

• Assisting with influencer, sponsorship, PR, and partnership programmes.

• Supporting events, activations, and brand experiences.

• Coordinating marketing assets, content, and promotional materials.

• Assisting with content shoots, social media and quality control across digital channels.

• Reviewing website content and ensuring a premium brand experience.

• Keeping multiple projects moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About you

You're naturally organised, proactive, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities.

You love being part of a team, enjoy collaborating with a wide range of people, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You're someone who notices the small details others miss and understands that great brands are built through consistent execution.

You'll bring:

• Experience in a marketing, communications, or brand-related role.

• Strong organisational and relationship coordination skills.

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

• Experience supporting digital marketing activity, campaigns, or eDMs.

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

• A passion for the outdoors industry is advantageous.
