Are you an experienced Automotive Technician considering your next move?

Everest People would love to connect with qualified automotive professionals interested in current or future opportunities in Hamilton or Rotorua.

We are particularly keen to hear from technicians with experience across servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and mechanical repairs. Experience with brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, BMW, Audi, Porsche, MG, Kia or BYD would be valuable.

You will ideally bring:

• A relevant Level 4 automotive qualification or at least three years’ relevant industry experience

• A high standard of mechanical workmanship and attention to detail

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across light or commercial vehicles

• The ability to use manufacturer diagnostic systems and tools

• An understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and warranty processes

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills

• A current driver licence

• WOF certification, or a willingness to work towards it

A Master Technician qualification, particularly across Volkswagen Group brands, would be highly regarded. High Voltage or EV certification and experience would also be a real bonus.
