Quality Auditing Specialists is seeking an experienced, capable, Administration Manager to play a critical leadership role in ensuring the business operates efficiently, compliantly, and sustainably.
This is a part time, hands‑on role with broad responsibility across finance, HR administration, systems, health & safety, and business operations. Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you will be central to keeping the business running smoothly and supporting long‑term success.
The Opportunity
As Administration Manager, you will take ownership of the business core administrative and business support functions. You will provide structure, oversight, and continuous improvement across finance, people processes, systems, compliance, and reporting.
This role suits a practical, confident professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in strong systems, and is comfortable working across both operational detail and higher‑level coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide leadership across finance and business administration, including invoicing, payroll, GST, PAYE, creditors and debtors
· Manage budgeting support, financial reporting, cashflow monitoring, and liaison with external accountants
· Coordinate HR administration including employment contracts, employment records, onboarding and offboarding processes
· Oversee business systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and asset registers
· Champion health & safety systems, reporting, training, and legislative compliance
· Support accreditation, audits, and management system requirements
· Provide executive support to the Managing Director and cover for the Operations Manager when required
What You’ll Bring
· Proven experience in office management or senior administration roles
· Strong financial administration capability, including expert knowledge of Xero
· Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
· Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a discreet and professional approach
· Expertise using Microsoft 365 and confidence adapting to new systems and processes
· Experience supporting compliance frameworks, accreditation, or regulated environments will be an advantage.
