About the role

As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, getting involved in how things are made and helping customers understand what makes 30 Seconds products great! You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth to drive initiatives that reach thousands.

Key responsibilities:

• Be a key point of contact for consumers, customers, and distributors
• Handle queries and help problem-solve, through helpful, knowledgeable support
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across Australia & New Zealand
• Support product innovation and launches in key markets
• Engage with consumers and customers, resolving queries and building brand loyalty
• Measure and report on marketing initiatives
• Provide general business support to keep our team running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Curious and eager to learn about product formulation and performance
  
• Confident dealing with customers and distributors, both over the phone and via email
  
• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, product, or customer-focused role
  
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts
  
• A strong communicator and a supportive team player
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
  
• Experienced in hardware retail or consumer goods (a plus, but not essential)
• Willing to travel as required
