About the role
This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and drive your own career pathway.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will;
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll in line with legislation and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment activities through pre-employment checks, the preparation and issuing of employment agreements and onboarding processes, creating a positive employee experience.
- Provide wider HR support to managers, maintaining employee records with accuracy and responding effectively to requests for information.
- Create and maintain training and induction processes to ensure our staff are supported and enabled to succeed.
- Promote a positive safety culture, developing and embedding H&S policies and processes that meet business needs in line with legislation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have
- Strong knowledge foundations and proven experience across payroll and wider HR functions.
- Proficiency in systems and software with the confidence to explore functionality for efficiencies.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills to meet the demands of the business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- The confidence and commitment to lead initiatives that will uplift people capability - and deliver on them.
- A proactive, curious and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
