About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead their international growth strategy, drive team performance, and champion the expansion of Helix products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about global business, technical innovation, and contributing to a high-performing Kiwi success story.
About you
Lead Helix Flight’s global expansion and sales performance. Manage a team, collaborate with engineering and production, and report to senior leadership. Represent the company at trade shows and client visits.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Identify and drive international business opportunities, including emerging markets and strategic partnerships for growth
- Develop annual sales plans and go-to market strategies, KPIs and the sales process
- Lead, coach and mentor the sales team to exceed performance targets
- Represent Helix Flight at client visits, trade shows and deliver technical product demos and presentations
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to tailor client solutions
- Report insights, forecasts and opportunities to senior leadership
You’ll bring
- Experience in B2B technical sales and business development (industrial machinery preferred)
- Proven leadership in sales team management
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or International Trade or equivalent
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) for supporting data driven decision making
- Willingness to travel, be flexible and work across time zones and regions
