About the role
Agpac is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to join their Sales team, covering the Northland/Waikato region. As a key member of their nationwide sales team, you will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and play a crucial role in driving growth within your territory. This includes:
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with OEM suppliers, rural resellers, and key contractors in your region.
- Creating and executing yearly business plans with key clients, focusing on business development and training activities.
- Proactively identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across your territory.
- Developing and executing seasonal attack plans for client growth and market penetration.
- Attending relevant industry events, grow your network, and foster new relationships.
- Maintaining updated CRM data on dealer and end-user relationships, sales, and market insights within Salesforce.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for your territory.
About you

We’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial sales environment, preferably in a Territory Sales Manager role or similar.
- Advanced Diploma in Agriculture or Business (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your schedule effectively.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- A strong commitment to quality customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce software.
- A sound understanding of the Crop Baling Products and rural merchandise distribution industry including its products, distributors and customers is desired.
- Passion for the agriculture industry with a willingness to travel our beautiful countryside.
